I'm doing the Carmichael Training System training classes, which I love by the way. Now that I have a heart rate monitor I went back and did the Field Test. The objective of the field test is to give you your heart rate workout zone for temo, steady state and climbing repeats workouts.
- Tempo : 133-138
- Steady State: 139-144
- Climbing Repeats: 143-148
